Helium3 will be a good thing, however I am not so sure that the Moon will be safe in the hands of the human race, as it is. Humans act more like a virus than an animal destroying its host environment and killing off anything that it likes...Hmmm Im not so sure the Moon is safe from the grasp of humans.
