Hi guys,this ufo sighting happened in Oxfordshire,uk according to eye witness These are not aircraft, helicopters or hot-air balloons. They were silent and I only managed to film half of them because my phone was switched off and I had to wait for it to power up and then activate the camera. They were moving in an easterly direction from Sonning Common towards Henley. I think I know what they were, can anyone confirm?

I was in Oxford that same night 25th July and I saw 4 bright orange/red lights as seen in your film. It was about 10pm. They were in perfect alignment moving quite fast, it was obvious that they were not normal aircraft.I am keen to have details of other sightings and explanations. Thank you. Joshna Patel
Last night,26th July 2008 about 10pm I was in my garden in Northampton and saw several bright orange lights travelling over my house. I counted 10 but there may have been more as I went into the house to get my phone and binoculars. didn't get a very good image on my phone though as I was spooked. At one point one of them seemd to drop something ? My neighbour and her children also saw 1 when I went to tell them.
At around 11:30 Monday 21st July 2008 my cousin was returning home in Leeds with his daughter and wife, they stopped the car and took 2 pictures - they are really amazing. I would like to post these to web but not sure how?
Sat 26th July 2008 at 10.05pm we saw a bright orange/amber light moving in across the sky over Swindon. It moved fairly quickly, then stopped and hovered for around a minute, then moved off in a different direction with the light appearing to be pulsating as it moved away. It made no sound as it moved. There were lots of us that saw this and no-one can explain what it was. I reported this to the Police, who then sent the helicopter to investigate within minutes, but when they called me back all they could do was laugh. Although to be honest, I laughed with them as it sounds really mad...but I was sober!
Anyone else in Swindon see this?
We were staying at Poolsbrook country park this w/e and on saturday evening approx 10pm we saw 2 separate groups of orange lights moving from the chesterfield area they were orange and in perfect diagonal formation!!! Lots more simular sightings in the sheffield area around the same time...
29 July 10:50 pm blackpool - saw one of these orbs slightly bigger (or lower in altitude) than the video - no sound, or change in colour, speed or direction. Def not a plane. It traveled north just slightly inland.
last saturday we saw the orange lights on saturday 26th july at 10.50 pm.
we saw over 12 orange lights over stafford at 10.50 pm on sat 26th july 2008 they made no sound very hard to video on phone. i thought they may be chinese lanterns but how long does a lantern fly and at what speed would they travel at?
On the 26th of July at about 10.50pm my brother and I saw two orange lights just like those in the video where we live in Cornwall. It was really weird and like someone else said at one point its light went out and it appeared to drop something. We couldn't explain it at all. Very strange!
I live in Macclesfield and I was walking home from work last night when i looked up and must have seen about 20 of these orange lights moving across the sky with steady speed in a formation. I then heard loud bangs in the distance, there were also planes flying close too the objects. I have no idea what they were but it scared the crap out of me.
Hi i saw 1 over swindon last night about 12.45pm with a mate we stopped and had a look. it was quite low but like a burning meterorite! it was deffinatly the same thing! my mate works on aircraft for a living and there is no way it was an airplane. well nothing we know about! i am not into paranormal stuff ect lol but what i saw last night was pretty strange!!
Also we were pretty sure it was on fire, i was convinced it was either a meteorite or a plane on fire but then it stopped falling out of the sky and hovered, then it flew away across swindon it was completely silent as well
after sending a comment of what i and my family saw in stafford at 10.50 pm on sat july 26th 2008. i noticed you can buy chinese lanterns for about £40 for 20. and they use them at wedding parties and it was a saturday. so perhaps these are the bright orange objects we saw. i like how everybody including myself remains anonymous for fear of being called a nutter. i have an open mind and some parts of what we saw did freak us out a bit but we still cracked the odd joke while stairing up at them.
Hmmm yeah, my brother and I did wonder if what we saw were lanterns but it's weird how they moved in a perfect diagonal line rather then all over the place. Also it's a bit strange how these orange lights were seen over different places in the country.
Apparently there has been mention of this in the papers? Although I'm not sure which ones.
Saturday 2 Aug 2008 visiting my nephew in Northampton . An orange light went accross the skyin a curved path and disappeared over the roof tops and four of us saw it! About 10 mins later we spotted another a little closer to where we were this time, it followed the same path and disappeared in the same direction as the prvious one. The second time there were six of us and it certainly shut the other two up who didn't believe us the first time! NO WAY were these lanterns, too fast, too high and going on the same curved path! Sorry I can't tell you where in Northanpton as I don't know the area but they must have been seen by other people as the sky was cloudless at about 11-11.30pm

I was on my way back from the local shops at approx 18:30pm on Saturday August the 2nd. It was still very bright outside, and looked up at the sky as two passanger jets were passing overhead. Between the two jets i noticed a very bright pulsating orb, stationary in the sky, betweem the two jets, so obviously the pilots and passengers of both jets must of witnessed this as it passed over the west midlands area. As the jets passed by, this bright glowing-pulsating orb then began to move across the sky and towards the Telford area.. I have investigated several sighting reports in the Telford area over the past 10 years or so, and was hoping someone out there could verify this account.

Was in Randlay in Telford tonight at 00.07 am 25 August and saw a bright orange light in sky.
It seemed to just appear from nowhere, and sort of floated towards me making no noise. It then veered off to the left and faded away as it travelled further away.
I have no idea what this was, but i know that it was definitely not a plane. It just seemed to consist of a burning orange light.
I managed to take a couple of pics of it, but dont know how to post them on here. One pic has it in the corner clearly.
Hi My Fiance and I were in Northampton last night at approx 21.30 in the Abington Park area and saw two bright orange lights moving in an easterly direction. The moved smoothly silently and very quickly. And faded as they moved away. They stayed int he same line and there was no wind to speak of. Perhaps they were lanterns but they were moving very fast indeed!
On July 27 at approx 10.15pm, 5 very sane and sober adults saw 3 orange lights exactly as described fly across the sky from west to east on the North Cornish coast near St Agnes. Anyone any ideas yet?
On July 27th about 9.45pm in Rickmansworth Hertfordshire - eight orange lights moving in a southerly direction very fast and in a relatively straight line. The seventh appeared at one stage to be on fire. Each and everyone of these lights reached the same point at which it rose at speed and disappeared into the skies. There were three of us, all sober. These lights were too fast to be lanterns and they all reached the same point before racing off into the skyies. Frightened us to death. Still plays on my mind. Anyone got any idea what these were.
I saw the exact same thing back in June 2000 in South Australia. It lasted for about 20 minutes. They were quite a distance away at first but then one remained and it came quite close. About the height of a city building above us and it hovered above us. It was amazing. Something I will never forget.
hey I have to do a report over ufo's and I keep hearing that they are chinese kites, but I amagine they would move slow. that is weird. And I dont know about you but i believe that there is another life out in space. I mean y would god only creat one life form. i believe he is seing which life form is better. so i believbe your video is real. =}
