Looks like a bunch of ballons tied together moving around in the air current, could be teathered. Perhaps they were just shooting it to get an idea how big something needs to be to be seen with the naked eye.
Observation: A Discovery camera crew would most likely have a tripod for their camera, but this person's footage is handheld. When Discovery releases non-shaky footage on the HD camera shown in this video, THEN I'll be impressed. But this? Looks like spliced footage of a camera crew and CGI UFO.
Looks like a few silver ballons tied together. Nothing more. We see this all the time at events. Sorry. There's nothing alien about this.
This video is buck-wild. Love how it transforms. Something like a ship with extra dimensions. It's 3d shape appears to be in flux.
Three items I must share concerning this video:
1. If this was a true "ufo" incident, we would have more media coverage on this sighting.
2. Why would a professional cinemagrapher videotape the crew and zoom in & out at another cameraman, this spectacular event should have been his only focus.
3. The other videocam guy did not have his camera directly aimed at the ufo, it was off to the left, missing the action (?)
